- 1⁄2 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 oz chorizo sausage
- 3 cups short grain rice
- 1 can roasted tomatoes
- 1 Cup frozen green peas
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb clams
- 1 lb little neck clams
- 1⁄4 Cup parsley

1. Step
Bring stock to a boil. Add saffron and salt, turn off the heat, and steep for 15 minutes.
2. Step
In another pan, saute chopped onion and pepper in oil. Add minced garlic and chopped-up chorizo.
