Best Sweet Potato Fries
These sweet potato fries are a great alternative to the classic ones. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and also full of vitamins and fiber. They are quick and easy to prepare, great as a side dish or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground paprika
- 1 ts black pepper

Directions
Wash the sweet potatoes. Cut them into fries (you do not need to peel them).
Put the fries into a large bowl, add olive oil, salt, ground paprika and black pepper. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the fries on a baking sheet lined with baking paper so they don't overlap.
Bake the fries for about 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them over after 15 minutes.
Try one fry to see if it's soft on the inside. If it is, they're done. If not, bake them for a few more minutes.
