 - 1 pumpkin
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Step 
  Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
2. Step 
  2 Rinse the pumpkin under cold water, then cut off the top and bottom. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds.
3. Step 
  Cut pumpkin into cubes, and spread out on a baking tray with parchment paper
4. Step 
  Mix the olive oil, cinnamon, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Step 
  Drizzle seasoning over the pumpkin and throw around until coated.
6. Step 
  Bake.

  Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
