Banana Strawberry Popsicles
Have you tried homemade popsicles yet? You can easily prepare them. And they can also be healthy since you know exactly what you put in them. These are in the flavor of banana and strawberry, but it doesn't matter if you don't have fresh strawberries at home.
Ingredients
- 140 g white Greek yogurt
- 1 pcs banana
- 15 g Strawberry protein or blended strawberries
- 15 g Both fruits strawberry banana

Crush freeze-dried fruit finely. Mash or grate the banana finely, into a puree. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, banana puree, protein, and some of the freeze-dried fruit. Place the remaining freeze-dried fruit at the bottom of the popsicle molds and layer with cream. Level it, don't forget to add the stick, and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours. After taking it out of the freezer, you can drizzle or coat it with melted chocolate, but it's not necessary. If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can use silicone muffin cups 😊
