Banana Muffins

- 250 g Plain flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tea Soda Bicarbonates
- 2 pcs Large ripe bananas
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 120 ml oil

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. Then combine both mixtures.
2. Step
Frequently distribute into a muffin mold and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and dry to the touch.
3. Step
Let the muffins cool in the mold for at least 5 minutes before removing them. Then let them cool completely on a rack.
