- 80 g butter
- 250 g sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g plain sweet biscuits
- 90 g Desiccated Coconut
- lemon juice
- Lemon zest
Frosting
- 360 g pure icing sugar
- 90 g butter
- 75 ml lemon juice
- 50 g Desiccated Coconut

1. Step
Crush biscuits and place crumbs into a bowl. Add desiccated coconut and grated lemon zest. Mix.
2. Step
Add melted butter, condensed milk and the juice from 1 lemon to the biscuit mixture. Mix well.
3. Step
Grease and line with baking paper a rectangular slice tin. Place the mixture there and place it into the fridge.
4. Step
Make the frosting by whisking the icing sugar, butter and lemon juice until obtaining a creamy texture.
5. Step
Spread the frosting over the slice and sprinkle with the desiccated coconut. Set aside in the fridge and cut the slices until become firm. Enjoy!
