- 300 g confectionery sugar
- 2 a piece Egg white

- 1 kl ground cinnamon
- 1 kl lemon peel

1. Step
Grind the almonds and add the icing sugar, egg whites, honey, cinnamon and lemon zest. Make a dough.
2. Step
Roll out the dough on a floured board with foil and make stars.
3. Step
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Step
Bake the almond Christmas pastries at 130°C for about 10 minutes.
