Trout Fillets with Vegetables
This is a simple and tasty recipe for trout fillets with vegetables.

- 4 piece Trout fillets
Vegetables
- 2 piece onion
- 2 piece paprika
- 2 piece garlic
- 1 piece lettuce
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- Parsley sprig

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the onion, pepper, and garlic into thin slices and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Step
Spread the onion and garlic on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Step
Sprinkle the fillets with salt and seasoning on both sides and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Step
Roast the fillets for 20 minutes and serve with freshly chopped vegetables.
