Sweet Potato Fries

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into strips about 1 cm thick.
2. Step
We transfer it onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until they're crispy and slightly golden. Serve warm.
