Spanish Potato Tortilla
The Spanish potato tortilla is a traditional dish from southern Spain. It is a simple but nutritious meal that can be served as a main course or as a snack.

- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 a piece large onion
- 6 a piece large eggs
- 150 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt

1. Step
Slice the potatoes and onion into thin pieces and salt them.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and add the potatoes and onion. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. Step
Remove the potatoes and onion slowly and let the oil settle.
4. Step
Thoroughly beat the eggs and add a bit of salt. Then add the already cooked potatoes and onion.
5. Step
Put the mixture in the pan and cook over medium heat. When the edges start to peel off, flip the tortilla and cook for about 5 more minutes.
6. Step
The tortilla should be golden in color and slightly crispy.
