Quick and tasty Herb Shrimp Toasts

Ingredients
- 20 slices thin baguette
- 2 tablespoon melted salted butter
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 finely chopped small red onion
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 10 jumbo shrimp
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon table salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoon grated mild yellow cheddar

Take a sheet pan and line it with foil. Place the bread slices on top of the foil.

Toast the bread slices under the preheated broiler at 250°C for approximately 1 minute until they start turning golden. Then, carefully flip them over and toast the other side until golden as well.
