- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
