Homemade Rocky Road Christmas tree recipe
This easy recipe teaches you how to make the best homemade Rocky Road Christmas tree, a typical Australian dessert. Don't miss it!

- 900 g bittersweet chocolate
- 470 g marshmallows
- 180 g Turkish Delight
To decorate
- 60 g white chocolate
- 1 package Mini M M s

Directions
Melt the chocolate in a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until smooth and glossy. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Carefully mix in the marshmallows and Turkish Delight.
Fill the cardboard cone by drizzling a small amount of chocolate into the tip. Then, slowly fill the rest of the cone with the Rocky-Road mixture. Cut off any excess cardboard from around the top edge of the cone and then carefully place it in the fridge to set overnight.
To decorate, melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until smooth and glossy.
Meanwhile, remove the cardboard from around Rocky Road and place it on a serving plate.
Slowly coat the tree with the white chocolate, starting at the top, allowing it to run down the sides of the tree. Decorate with Mini M&M's before the white chocolate sets.
Then, tie some nice festive ribbon around the bottom of the tree and fill the plate with the rest of the Mini M&M's. Enjoy!
