- 3 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 5 tablespoon water
Strawberry layer
- 3 mug strawberry
- 11⁄2 package strawberry pudding powder
- 2 tablespoon honey or sweetener
- 5 tablespoon water
- vanilla pudding

1. Step
Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks.
2. Step
We mix egg yolks with oil, almond butter, date syrup and water.
3. Step
Then we also stir in coconut flour, cocoa and baking powder. In the end, we stir in the snow.

We often put it in a round mold (20cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking, let it cool down.

We mix the pudding powder in water.

Blend strawberries with sweetener using an immersion blender. Mix everything together and cook until thickened.

Let it cool slightly.
