Delicious Mushroom Risotto Thermomix
This mushroom risotto is a simple dish, full of flavor and textures. The Thermomix makes it easy to prepare while maintaining the classic creaminess of this Italian dish. Excellent choice for a cozy dinner at home.
Ingredients
- 350 grams Of rice for risotto
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 grams Of assorted mushrooms
- 100 Parmesan cheese
- 1 of vegetable stock
- 50 butter
- 100 of white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- A little chopped parsley for garnish

Chop the onion and garlic and add them to the glass of the Thermomix, blend for 5 seconds on speed 5. Lower the remains that have been left on the walls with the spatula.

Add the remaining butter and grated Parmesan cheese, mix for 20 seconds, speed 3. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Correct seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary and serve hot, garnished with a little chopped parsley.
