An easy recipe for the best cornflake cookies ever, original thanks to the sultana raisins and chocolate chips hiding inside!

- 125 g softened butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 spoon vanilla essence
- 165 g Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 55 g sultanas
- 11⁄2 Cup corn chips
- 55 g chocolate chips

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Step
Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract into a smooth cream. Then add flour, milk, sultanas, chocolate chips, and cornflakes. Mix well. Line two flat trays with parchment paper. Take tablespoons of the batter and roll them into balls. Coat in extra cornflakes, then press down slightly onto the tray. Leave space between the cookies. Bake for 13 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
