- 1 Package corn muffin mix
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Step
In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix, corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, beaten egg, and melted butter.
2. Step
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven to 175° C.
3. Step
Remove the casserole from the oven and top it with the shredded cheddar cheese. Return it to the oven until the cheese is melted.
4. Step
Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
